Our ship "Pacific Princess"

We have settled in to our temporary home here on the ship. On this part of the cruise we have spent a lot of days on the ship at sea. Later, we will be making more stops and we will be going ashore more. For now we have activities in the lounges and at the pool. We play pingpong, read books, listen to lectures and have discussions. We also have taken lessons in Spanish, ball room dancing and line dancing. Hopefully we will have more lessons. In the evenings, before dinner there is music at several different locations., After dinner we can dance, have sing alongs, kareoke or play slot machines. Then there is a show. Some have been very good. Most are at least entertaining. Then, if we have any energy left, we could dance some more, or meet people.

We have about 650 people on the ship. We have met some very interesting people. Most are older than we are. The average age is about 80. They are very active people. We are enjoying meeting and talking to them.

If you access the Princess Cruiselines website you can get more info on the ship.

Here are some pictures of the entertainment areas, the Caberet lounge, the dining room, pool, etc. on the ship
