March 15th
Today we came into Singapore. It is a very big city. Monorails and cable cars from the port to the island of Sentora. The Lion is the signature of Singapore. The city seems to be under constant constrution.
We could have gone into the city, proper, but chose not to. We instead went on the gondola (cable car). Our car had a glass bottom and front panel for better viewing. It was rather hot and muggy, but fun. A bird flew right into the glass on the front of the gondola, and then just kept on flying. He was ok, we were shook up.
The ship docks right at the shopping mall, again. We think this is a trend. So we have picked up some necessaries and we will be mailing this info to the blog.
